Since spring of 2010 the correspondence between the Horki citizens and district executive committee has been continued. Residents asked authorities to pave 300 meters of asphalt on the street Dzimitrava. However, instead of asphalt people get promises on the paper only.

Last week the newspaper ‘UzGorak’ received a call from an angry resident of Horki. Named as Viktor the man said that at the street Suvorava between new buildings for several weeks (exactly how many – are not remembered) there are dustbins full of household waste and public utilities don't care about this.

Members of Horki civic coalition united active citizens from Horki and Drybin joined the initiative groups of two contenders for the presidency.

Local democrats have decided to support Vice-Chairman of the BPF Ryhor Kastusiou and independent contender Ales Mihalevich. 14 people joined the team of Mr.Kastusiou and 8 people joined the team of Mr.Mihalevich. The drive for signatures will start on September 30.
