Students’ of the Horki university Belarusian State Agricultural Academy wrote a letter to the independent web-site http://nn.by and described forced early voting in the educational establishment.

These words were used in the articles of the official newspaper of Horki to discredit the independent candidates for presidency. Articles with criticism of the opposition were signed by names of the readers of the newspaper Leninski shlakh (Way of Lenin).
 
There was a monument put up to Damaratski

The grave of a participant of the uprising under the direction of Kastus Kalinouski was put in good order. The grave is situated in the arboretum of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy (Horki) and the new monument appeared where there was a broken gravestone before. For some reason, the former Academy administration had neither time nor money to replace it.

This is how a former child’s club in Horki looks like for several years already.

The child’s club “Dialog” was abandoned by the Horki regional education department, even though there are dozens of children in Slabada who are looking for some place to spend their time on their own. As local citizens say, the club looks even worse now.

The journalist of the socio-political newspaper Uzgorak Halina Budnaya spent several days trying to obtain the information about the number of the signatures in support of each pretender for presidency that had been passed to the Drybin District Election Commission.
