Horki civic activist, a leader of the Horki antinuclear group Piotr Malanachkin died today in the morning. He will be 50 years old next month. Piotr Malanachkin actively participated in local civic and political life.

Children's playground can appear at the Slabada

The head of the Horki district executive committee Mikhail Anikejeu instructed the responsible services to entertain a proposal of local people to settle a playground and sports facilities for children at the Slabada (the name of the part of Horki). Zanna Scharbinina (on the photo) a pro-democratic candidate became a deputy of the Ausianka rural Council (Horki region). She was supported by 42.8% of voters who participated in the elections. Other pro-democratic candidates received more than 20% of voters who participated in the elections in Horki region.
