Official newspapers of Drybin and Mscislau haven’t published 
On the pages of the official Horki newspaper “Leninski Shlah” (Lenin’s way) reaction on the 
Newspaper of Horki officials “Leninski Shlah” (“Lenin’s way”) has published offers of Andrej Jurkou to defend local inhabitants during current crisis. The former MP Candidate stated his plan of joint actions for local authorities and civic activists. In his letter Mr.Jurkou determined four urgent steps to create “safety cushion” for the poorest layers of population and to prevent economic development from the worst scenario. 
In Horki region there can be new newspapers. Popular local journalist Eduard Brokarau addressed to the local authorities to allow new periodicals on the territory of Horki, Drybin and Mscislau regions of Mahilou province. Such procedure is provided by the current Belarusian law. The founder of these editions will be a private firm “Uzgorak” belonging to Mr.Brokarau.
